You have up to 90 days from the delivery date to request a return. After this period, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds.

Conditions for Refunds

  • Unsatisfactory Experience: Products returned in unused, original condition with their packaging intact are eligible for a refund within the return window.
  • Shipping Errors: Refunds are available for orders that are lost or delayed beyond reasonable expectations, as confirmed by tracking information.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Orders with incorrect addresses submitted at checkout.
  • Packages refused by the recipient or delivery attempts where the recipient is unavailable.
  • Delays within standard shipping timeframes.
  • Customs fees unpaid by the recipient.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Please ensure the package is sent using a trackable shipping service, and share the tracking number with us for verification.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available exclusively for items that arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us at support@renewedline.com with photos of the product. We’ll provide instructions for a swift resolution.

Gift Orders

For items purchased as gifts and shipped directly to you, we offer a gift credit upon return. Refunds for non-gift purchases will be processed back to the original buyer’s account.

Return Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed. Any approved refund amount will exclude the return shipping fee.
